Remedy
Switch the robot on
Replace or recharge the batteries
Remove the batteries and Insert them correctly (observe the polarity). Make sure each individual battery makes proper contact with the battery connectors
Return the product if still under warranty. Log an online support question via the Command Center [Support] [Log a Question] function.
Pair the robot with the Mobile Controller by following the procedure as outlined
below:
1. Switch both the robot and Mobile Controller off
2. Put the robot in pairing mode by keeping both the front and rear bumpers
depressed while switching in on; the top and bottom Activity LEDs will flash
3. Put the Mobile Controller in pairing mode by keeping the Left Trigger (LT)
button and rear part of the Left Drive button depressed while switching it on
4. The robot and Mobile Controller will connect and will be paired again (the
robot’s Activity LEDs will scan up and down)

Active Turbo Mode by simultaneously double-tabbing the front (forward) parts of
both Drive buttons; the robot will go at a much faster speed for a limited

information on how to do this)
Note: Turbo Mode cannot be activated too frequently or continuously

Switch the Mobile Controller on
